No contact number and bad cd key

Matrix,

I purchased my copy of World at War from a local retailer (national chain), the CD Key says invalid when I try it. What I need is a contact Phone number to obtain the CD key. The retailer will not accept the game back as it has been opened. They say the problem is not for them to resolve. Also, please post a contact phone number for customers to call you on your website. The number listed is for a orders desk that handles 1000's of companies. Please hurry I am rapidly tracking down a backdoor number and/or a phone number for a live person.

Just to make sure though

Is the serial number on the form xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx?
Did you buy the game in Europe or in the USA?
Which chain did you buy it from?
Did you have someone else try entering the number independently of yourself just to make sure its the correct number thats being entered? Sometimes the simple solution can be the correct one - been there and done that myself much to my embarrasment.
