Manual????

Probably something stupid of me again but my manual is full with all kind of strange things, no normal letters but signs or something i dont understand it. signs like this for example:°…ÿÔáXÎkƒt#•ç¯àv¸7B9^NêÁÜAÚàÝås½G¨f,¨Úvé ÃÇ•ƒÔ:Ži±õ}ºh plz help me, what to do?
