Bypassing opening videos...

I've forgotten how to bypass the opening videos so as to expedite program loading. What files should I delete? Thanks! And what's the key command for shallow hexes? Thanks doubly!

rename the video folder to 'novideo'...do the same to the sound folder if you aren't worried about the sounds.
