Naval question

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Naval question

Post by TexHorns »

I understand from reading the rulebook that when you win a naval battle your ships are healed by the amount of ships the loser lost when fleeing. My question is what are the "prizes"? Initially I thought those ships were added to your fleet, but I have since noticed this to not be the case. So what exactly is the "prize" of capturing "prizes"?

the prize is the amount of ship that you won to healed you fleet.
Lost ship doesn´t heals to you fleet, is the amount of ship sunk.
