Soviel KI

Post by agors »

Dear Gamers,

what are the goals of the Computer, e.g. playing the Soviets in 1943? Yes, I know: to conquer the given cities. But I am playing the game with max. help to the Soviets and it is 1945 now. It is clear that I can't beat their armies, even with three corps against one army. Every serious attack by them destroys my line. But the computer doesn't use the lack in my front. They go forward with two armies and give me than the opportunity to restore my front. A human player would have won this scenario in 1944!

Where is Shokov?

Greetings,
Andreas

agors,

Don't expect too much from the poor A.I.

One thing you could try do though, is to assign Soviet HQs with better objectives. The way to do it is to switch the game setup to "Both Human Players". Note that the Soviet HQs will still remain under full Computer Control but the russian units will attack with more consistancy.

Good luck! (... to the A.I. I meant [;)] )

When I played against the AI sometimes I set game setup to 'both players' and then change replace bad leaders with better. The AI is really stupid...
