Empires in Arms is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. Empires in Arms is a seven player game of grand strategy set during the Napoleonic period of 1805-1815. The unit scale is corps level with full diplomatic options

My pension is planned for 2030, will I be able to play the game on my pc by then or should i look on e-bay for a boxed version ? ( I saw a copy last week unpunched, it went for about $70)

Should have bought it for $70 bucks. That is the cheapest I have seen one end up on E-Bay. Usually they are over $100.

If you don't have the original board game, then you really should purchase it.

I bought my copy unpunched for $82+shipping.

And I advice you to buy the boardgame also ^_^

If you do get a copy, join the yahoo EiA group, which contains all the cyberboard game files so you can play via email. I think there is a copy currently selling on ebay, which already has gone over $100. I picked a copy up for £60 unpunched. Still digesting the rules...and it looks well good.
