Resource problem with Nick's mod

Post by BlackVoid »

I have a small problem with the mod.

We have started the game with 1.60, Nik's mod 5. On the 5th turn, I have noticed that resources are back the way they are in the original scenario. How could that happen?
I have all the saves from the game and they are gone on turn 2. In 1st japanese turn, I see the modded version.

Are all the other changes of gone the mod too? Or is it just the resources? If it is just the resources we will not restart. How can we avoid this if we do restart?

BWT, I like the mod so far, good job.

What happens if you "apply 1.6 database changes" as you are prompted to do, on the options screen, in a Nik Mod game?

Don't use that feature with any Mod as you replace all of the modded changes with stock.

For the time being, i would recommend not selecting the option to upgrade the 1.6 changes. I am pretty sure i applied those changes already to the mod but will need to double check (it was a version and a half ago at least)

Resource issue -

I checked the saves. The user is playing Japan side. I don't recall making any resource changes to the Japan side....resource changes were done in China (Allied), Burma, and Northern Australia. I also checked mod templates and found no discrepancies between scen 40 and 45. In the two saves I found no differences.

what resources are alleged to have "returned"?
