Patch 1.13???

Just got round to downloading patches 1.151 and 1.20 - looking thru the readme file I notice it mentions a 1.13 patch.
Is 1.13 required beofre installing 1.151 ?
If Yes where can I get it ?

AFAIK 1.2 installs over any version of the game... So all you have to get is 1.2
