Does CW want to include notional unit? CW can't use shore bombardment, Italy can. At the moment odds are 1:2 (2 divisions invading artillery division in mountains).

Edit: I tested both options to be sure about final odds.
No notional = +2 after shore bombardment.

A further bill is passed allowing material support to America's western allies. This passes unnoticed in Germany (10 rolled).

France declares war on Italy. The US aren't too impressed but it might have been worse (5 rolled, 1 chit removed).

CW Naval, China Land, everyone else Combined.

France puts bombs on the F4F-3's and sends it plus the Lnd to Port Strike La Spezia. I presumed the Italian subs will remain in their pens.

The appearance of French planes over the port catches the Italian navy rather unprepared (10 rolled). By the time the AA gunners are manning their stations, the French aircraft have dropped their bombs and left (4 points used to reduce AA to NE). Freed of this distraction, the French pilots are able to take their time lining up their targets (8 surprise points used to increase damage).

An Italian Trans is bottomed. Where does the first D go?
