AH - The Russian Campaign v4 (as the Axis)
Still have the original. Over the years my Germans turned greener.

That’s wild!
I can’t find them now but I got some Germans from an old 1971 SPI game that started life light gray and are now off white… lol

I'm playing "Fire in the Lake" solo for the second time. I don't use bots, even if I have bougth the "Tru'ng" update. My first play solo had me trying to do the best with each faction (South Vietnam, USA, VietCong and North Vietnam) without having a clue about what I was doing. It was confirmed on BBG forum that this is the most historical way to play. It ended with a NVA victory so matbe they have a point.
My strategy for this second round is NOT TO DO what I did during the first one and see what happens. The historical feeling of the game is incredible, but it makes me feel that the result of the Vietnam War was, from the very beginning, in the lap of the gods.

"Yes darling, I served in the Navy for eight years. I was a cook..."
"Oh dad... so you were a God-damned cook?"
(My 10 years old daughter after watching "The Hunt for Red October")
i just decide two things to do for a unit, then throw a 6 sided die 1-3 do first thing, 4-6 do second. its the best i got for solo. very unprodictable but every turn is infact thought out, i was told it was a brain hack

Thanks, auto correct at its finest.
I am so grapefruit to autocorrect!
Yes, its a strong day when auto correct changes my mornings into something else and con really be constructed to misleading forks in the wind directions when your intensity was not understood by the auto correct software, which was programmed by must likely a contractor that is off beach. Don't git me turned on AI generated paragraphs eithers.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 (came out 1999) - the last one where you can see the World Trade Center. And, bizarrely, the intro video actually says "There's the Empire State Building - you could crash into that. How cool."

Today I have played:
Flight Unlimited 2
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 (came out 1999) - the last one where you can see the World Trade Center. And, bizarrely, the intro video actually says "There's the Empire State Building - you could crash into that. How cool."
Grand Theft Auto - the first top down one.
TOAW - A Century Of Warfare
That is not bizarre, it actually happened with a B-25 on a foggy Saturday. There are videos and picture of it if you want to look up the aftermath.
