Guess, it takes some testing to find out what small craft means or what sort of repair services are rendered
Yes, that's the point where I'm uncertain as well. I don't know which ship benefit from them...

What is the minimum speed to run 9 hex per phase? Got it, 30.
So no APD must be slower than 30 or even 31.

Yes, thank you [;)]
Hmm... Looking at this, I doubt much AGs are needed as small craft repair very fast in general even when just at peerside.

I can't quote verse here, but I think its 34k. Something I read made me think it rounds to the next hex at mid-point. if 32k is 8, and 36k is 9, 34k is the round-up point

ok I have a question?

Where am I to get more xAPs?
Is there some of the xAKs that convert over to xAPs?
if so where are they on the 7th?

You don't, to be blunt. You start with 51 xAPS and get 11 more as reinforcements. There are a few specialized ships that can convert to APs, but they're rare. Basically, you can convert xAKs to change 1/3 of their cargo capacity to troop carrying capacity. That's how you do it.

Well, here's a spreadsheet that shows xAK/L by class with conversion capabilities. The bold conversions are available on 7 Dec 41.

Edit: When I have time, I will put a tonnage column in this. I'll repost when I do that.

Mike,

Are you manually creating these/this spreadsheet of IJN/merchant ship data or is it extracted somehow ?

I do my spreadsheets by hand.  I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to extracting things using the computer. [:D] Later today when I have some time I'll post a list of spreadsheets I have so far.  I'd be happy to share anything with any JFB. [:D]
