Honestly, I'd be more worried about having all my troops in Java destroyed. I don't know what or how much you have (I can only see unit counts - it's alot), but if you lose major ground units, it'll be that much harder to get an offensive against Japan going in 1943.

No movement in Burma I am guesing India is secure until the Java battles are over as Sveint will have to commit a huge proportion of his merchant marine to keep those troops he has landed fed and watered.
(If he wins at Batavia that equation may change as he will be able to supply easier.)

I now feel reasonably good about Java.
My initial landing was a complete success and my divisions from the Phillipines will be landing within a few days. If everything goes according to plan (it seldom does) Java will be a terrible defeat for the Allies with the destruction of most of their forces there.

Oh and my China probe seems good - I will continue my offensive. Had my initial attack failed to reduce fortifications I would have gone back on the defensive and possibly transferred a division or two elsewhere.

Yup Java looking decidedly sticky for the allies.
My inability to stop the northern landing is a bad sign.
Those dammed bombardment TF's are a major problem as well Batavia is just to exposed.

For some unknown and stoopid reason my Chinese trooops attacked this turn.
Must be my fault but I have no idea why 200k Chinese would attack 500 000 Japanese.
I must have made a mistake there.
