you are correct on that and could be the version of ie compatability, could be numerous things, but the point I was trying to make is that regardless of Vista whether home, premium or ultimate 32 bit or 64bit, dual core or quad core this should run smoothly that is how I read it but i have been wrong in the past and probably am this time.
games:
1. AGEOD Blue and Gray
2. John Tiller's Battleground Series

So, is it true Jason? Will there be an on/off switch? And, did you make changes in the 1.03 assault rules as a compromise as well? If the tweak was implemented I would always use the 1.03 assault rules, I just make sure I have overwhelming force. I hope you didn't just decide to leave it as is.

After all these years I still love the old tactical games.

Yes. The Assault Rules and Visibility rules will be optional with the 1.04 UPDATE.

Thank God[&o] The assault rules of old kept the game from being an attrition slug fest at least as far as the game goes in standard size engagements. I can see some use for the optional rule in the context of a given battle..so all around using it as optional rule improves the game as a whole.
everyday congress meets we lose a little more of our liberty. and a republic is not the majority gets to bash the resistance. thank God for the electoral collage.
