I will give my PW to Casus, he opens the file and saves without ending the turn. Then he sends the file and I do the turn and quit it.
...

Sorry guys but I'm pretty sure that you can not save a turn and reopen while playing with passwords....

Really sounds like you're getting the wrong file.....

I'm happy to do it that way, if it's going to work. I promise to try not to peek. I'm very trustworthy. [8|]

I've been changing the name of the file each time. I hate to ask, but you have been opening the oct40 file, right?

Yes, Casus, it was the right file. It opened as "Germany Oct24th1940". That should be right, right?

I'm not at my home computer so I can't check. I'll have a look tomorrow. Giacomo resent me the turn so I'll just redo it and send it on again. Maybe this time I can avoid declaring war on Spain [;)]. I hope it works ok this time, I'm very keen to play a whole game. My apologies for the confusion.

OK, I have now redone the offending turn. It may be that I saved it wrong or sent the wrong one, or something. Anyway, the turn has finally gone to Japan, and with luck everything will work ok. I'm still very enthusiastic, so I hope everyone will stay in the game.

The Japanese High Command was surprised to get the message that the Tenno has declared war on China. Maybe the Chinese embassador has offered a badly made cup of tea to the Tenno.

Japanese troops set on march towards the Chinese capital. The Tenno has offered China the posibility to surrender immediately.

The German high commander - really a lovely fellow once you get to know him - contemplates the map. Where to strike? East, north, south? Somebody is in for a surprise...
