82nd/giacomo vs Casus/Rufus WaW33d

Post by 82ndtrooper »

Germany has launched a full scale attack on Poland with great success and minor loses, the Polish army is retreating to Warsaw in a valiant attempt to protect the worlds supply of Polish Sausage.

England, furious about the threat to the worlds supply of Polish Sausage has declared war on Germany !! (we all know how much those brits like their sausage)

France worried that their vineyards may be next has declared war on Germany also. (nothing goes with sausage like a nice glass of wine)

The US seems unconcerned about the sausage situation. (they are to busy stuffing their faces with the newly invented pizza)

The west starts full scale war production in an attempt to prepare for the oncoming onslaught.

its sad to report the loss of Warsaw AND the worlds supply of Polish sausage to the wermacht.  The survivors of the polish army despondent over the seizure of the sausage supply have surrendered.

France and England are outraged and swear revenge!!  The cry "Remember The Sausage" seems to be their new battle cry and can be heard throughout the country side.

The US remains unconcerned, the only notice of sausage at all is when someone orders a sausage pizza.

The German High Command, gorged on sausage and feeling a strong desire for a nice chablis, turns its attention to the West ...

France realizing that it cant hold out evacuates 2 full heavy armor divisions and 1 infantry division to england, germany however interdicted the second division of mech infantry and mostly destroyed it in transit.

Germany then trapped both of Englands fleets in La Harve, the northern task force and the home fleet.

The Royal Navy realizing it was caught in a death trap, sorte out to battle the german fleet of two wolf packs and a battleship heavy fleet.
In a viscious battle,(that was later described as a Naval knife fight), in clear view of the coast and the trapped french soldiers there. The Royal Navy inflicted heavy losses on the Germans, destroying one entire wolf pack and 1 battleship, several destroyers and possibly a cruiser or two, with no losses of their own so far.

Uk Command is hastily moving air support to the sw coast to assist the Royal Navy , but will it arrive in time ?

The Knife Fight in the English Channel rages on.

France is falling fast and Paris is expected to fall soon.

Paris is lost

in the channel the German navy exacute a brillant withdrawl with no further loses and the Royal Navy was able to limp back to port where all damaged ships are now being repaired.

The victory in the Knife Fight has given all of England hope and morale has soared all across the country, The entire Royal family greeted the returning fleets in Lodon where the sailors where welcomed home as heros.

meanwhile france burns....

The Vichy Regime has been established, Italy has risen to its destiny and come over to the Axis. German forces are rapidly occupying and subduing France, while the High Command parades down the Champs Elysee. Hitler announces that Germany "has no further territorial ambitions in Europe".

A tense interregnum ensues.
Furthermore, Carthage must be destroyed.

turn to germany
While few men,legislators or otherwise,
have felt downthe years they could command ships of the line or marshall air armies without specialized training, almost
any fool has felt in his heart that he could command a regiment.

Hello guys,

sorry, but we have a problem. Casus_Belli has done the turn for Germany and send the file to me (Japan). When I try to open it, it opnes as Germany. I told Casus, so he tried to open the file, to see whether he gets the same error. It opened as Japan. Although Casus has send the file again, the error remains.

So, if you agree I would like to suggest the following solution:
I will give my PW to Casus, he opens the file and saves without ending the turn. Then he sends the file and I do the turn and quit it.

As Germany and Japan are no enemies and no neighbourghs, Casus can take no profite from a view at my units or the getting any information about enemy units spotted by my units. Therefore it is no problem to let him know my PW.
