Obviously something is not working guys. Can we get some more information. Ranger where are you trying to ship the game to? Has anyone else seen this issue? Do you get a transaction ID anywhere we can look up to trace it? Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello Iain,

I am trying to ship the game to Jacksonville, FL, USA at zip 32256. The only shipping option in the drop down selection is the DHL Express at $53.93.

I do not have any transaction number to provide as I essentially stop the transaction there.

The strange thing is that the shipping charge is the same no matter what address and zip code I put in, and for several games, as mentioned in my last post.

The first thought that came to mind was a decimal place issue, as a S&H charge of $5.39 would be routine for a PC video game shipped within the United States (assuming that is the case and it is not being shipped overseas).

Thank you for looking into this.

I can see the issue here as well. Not sure why it is happening but will investigate. Has anyone seen it on any other games? It seems to be product specific.

Seen it trying to buy officers. going to NY....so it's probably on every title.....

Seriously Ranger? Whats with the apoplectic fit? I knew right away after reading your first post that there was a glitch somewhere......Pretty easy to figure that out.....

did a quick test and saw it for Battlefield Academy - Blitzkrieg France, but not for Field of Glory - Swords and Scimitars, Distant Worlds - Return of the Shakturi or Gary Grigsbys War in the East ...seems a bit hit and miss

I see the $54 shipping for all the games Ranger listed. I did few others they were normal priced $5 USPS to $16 Fedex overnight.

I tried ordering Distant Worlds andthe expansion. I live in Sydney, Australia and the shipping cost is about $64.

So I don't think its product or USA specific.

P.S. If you buy DVDs or games on ebay from Europe or US they charge you like $8 to $10. C'mon Matrix, you are putting off your customers

Yeah I'm getting the same behavior trying to purchase Decisive Campaigns. Who knows... Maybe the site was hacked or something.

I get the same s/h as the OP to Hawaii - hope it is a mistake - but then it wouldn't surprise me [:D]

Glad this thread brought it to my attention that it may, hopefully, be an issue

It is a bug in the Plimus system which they say they are working overnight to fix. We don't currently know why it happened but hope to find out soon.

You know,...I have to say.......Plimus has had way too many issues in far too short of a time. At some point you have to decide that these arent the exceptions but just business as usual.

Why would anybody in their right mind think this was anything but a bug or a glitch?

You replied to me, but I am guessing you werent meaning to, since I didnt say anything about it not being a bug or glitch.
I am pointing out that Plimus has had a lot of problems in the really short time Matrix has been using them,....

Why would anyone in his/her right mind want to keep Plimus for the myriad of problems that Matrix customers have experienced over the past few months?

The problem is that the bugs and glitches seem to always work in their favor.
History began July 4th, 1776. Anything before that was a mistake.
