Turn 15: My war against the Burgunidans has not gone too terribly well. I had Arles encircled and was driven away. My initial compliment of aircraft were all destroyed. I researched heavy bombers and big guns. I went to full war poduction. I attacked Arles but was severely repulsed. Here's a screenie:

T15 Continued: Around about this time I was seriously demoralized. I was wondering what was the source of all the losses. I began to suspect insurrection in the leadership, then I stumbled upon this:

Turn 20 - Ish. I made an aircraft factory. I am rebuilding after my retreat. I have run out of ore, oil and almost run out of PP's. The lack of resources has really put a quiet in my gameplay. I just sort of pass the turns sitting and waiting. My own private little sitzkrieg.

I did find that you can use engineers to upgrade your facilities, and I did so with the oil wells. The Burgundians deployed Tank Destoyers which had me in a bit of a panic but a few artillery and air stikes seems to have neutralized them. Artillery is really good in ATG:

By turn 25 I'm back on the offensive against the Burgundians. Here's a shot of the final moments before the fall of Arles:

And here's a shot of the Old AT WWII AI DNA showing through, a completely scrambled bunch of aricraft types all crammed into one unit:

By turn 30 I had taken Arles and the aircraft factory that AI had adjacent to Arles. This attack on the aircraft factory broke the back of the Burgundians on this part of the continent. I had by now discovered that they were spread about a bit and were still alive and kicking on a smallish island to the South of Philadelphia.

Here's a screenie of the battle for the aircraft factory:
