Now if I can only stop playing "Dragon Age Inquisition" for just a bit and get back to wargaming...........Thanks.

This has been my problem for the last two weeks. I have 37 hours in it and I am engrossed.

55 hours here and I have not even attempted the "In your heart shall Burn" yet, just need to find that last shard in the hinterlands.........BTW make darn sure you get at least 5 Inquisition points before attempting to close the Breach with either the Mages (in my case) or the Templars.

If you need any assistance, I tend to be an expert in Open World RPGs, I can give you some good advice/tips if you need them.

All my toons are at or near Level 14 now, going to attempt my first Dragon this evening as my first forray at Level 8 failed miserably............LOL!
It is much harder to think about doing something than actually doing it!

Hi Fallschirmjaeger,

I know they are working on it - the system is limited to one card, so we're working with our store partner to see if we can come up with a manual solution. I didn't realize they hadn't kept you up to date on this, I'll ask them to touch base with you more often.

Regards,

- Erik

Erik, I had an idea

The two games I wish to purchase are $109.98
My gift card purchases came out to $110

Matrix/Slitherine already has my payment. If it could be worked out where I was credited with purchasing both games and I was mailed the download links and license codes then that could work.

Just not sure if it would work on your end business wise.
Just a thought I had.

Glad you said something. I just thought you were really crazy mad!

I am really not mad at all. Or even annoyed.
I seem to have a habit of creating crazy situation like this by pushing the boundaries of a given system. At work I usually have a trouble free work experience but when I do get into trouble it is always by pushing our systems to the breaking point and creating complex issues because I tried to get too clever and use exploits.

And besides, these are video games. I am an easy going person at most times and this is nothing to get angry about.
Just amused at myself that I 'broke' another software system by over thinking things when I should have just went the easy route.

I'm sorry, but we are waiting for Bluesnap reply to our query. Once we have more information we will answer on your open Helpdesk ticket.
All the procedures will have to be done manually, as our infrastructure don't permit this.
This is the reason why we warn users that they can only use one gift card code per purchase.
