IJN Lands forces at Malang trying to tie me down to one base in Java the long retreat continues.

In a small pathing issue the force I sent to Victoria Popint have bypassed the town onto the trails.

They were all ordered to Victoria Point so I am not happy with their navigation.

A regt of Tanks a Brigade of Infantry and an Artillary Bn are about to get wiped out because they decided to bypass Victoria Point despite orders to the contrary.

My strategic offensive against Bangkok continues do not know how long Sveint will tolerate this damage.

Probably until Java is cleared and he has 10 Divisions free to hit me elsewhere.

Koepang is attacked again.

OK I am going to post a series of combat reports covering action over the Christmas Period.

Basically the story so far is as follows

Java

THe IJA advance continues down the island and on the first attempt knocks a level off of the forts at Soerbijou.

I had 200k troops there but have evacuated about 30k of surplus support staff.

i.e extra HQ's Base Forces no longer required etc.

The combat troops will fight it out to the bitter end

A major fighter sweep of Soerbijous cost both sides 40 fighters as my warhawks went toe to toe with the Zeros.

Burma

Sveint has commenced a second limited offensive I dont think hes going to try Rangoon until he has finished Java but I could be wrong.

China

Quiet

Pacific

Quiet

Timor

Various attacks on Koepang with mixed success by both sides I have enough airpower in Northern Australia to discourage an invasion basically both sides are waiting aain until Java is (inevitably) resolved then Timor will become untennable

Apart from that all quiet over Hogmanay...
