...for what it's worth, I keep the security and mp units available to cordon off the tractless areas. The panzers swarm around the road areas and the follow up infantry clears them. Meanwhile the sec and mp's can see what's in a bypassed area.

That's a really good idea. That's what I try to do in FITE but sometimes my units get excited and tend to chase the rabbit when they see something move in their line of sight and I have to rein them in from time to time.

I'll try to use the MP's and security troops better from now on.
