Congratulations on your Victory in the Far North!

A note from the past: my initial effort at having Elmer defend this area could probably be rated as poor. This in most part was due to my belief that against any capable human, the area was not defendable. So I concentrated my efforts further to the south. A note for the future: Rick has made dramatic improvements in Northern and Central Finland, and it should now prove a better challenge.

But for now, we award Mr. Fulkerson some leaves and crosses and such!
