Red glory the next war enters our homelands!

Well, Old man Winter has arrived, and none too soon as the Red army was pushed almost to the inland Sea near Lenn.. Almost!
A Vicious counterattack saw the armored infantry realing... and Next turn the winter offensive begins!

Karkov falls! The lines are solid to the East. Smolensk stans a tribute to our brave soldiers.. and the testament to the cost the enemy is will too pay for the Southern area near Karkov!

The crimia is barely penetrated! Perhaps we drive on Kiev, no?

Soon the thousands of airmen are released from the East, as nopw Japan has attacked our Capitalist friends in the United States, airbases all along the front ready for an influx of new planes and air groups.(See house rules)

The winter offensive pushes the enemy away from the rail lines near Lenn, and I attack everywhere, like an overinflated balloon, drawn taught and tight , the temputerature dropping bmaking it brittle. Enemy losses look high near Smolensk, Breakout all along the Southern areas..Soon the RED air from the Far east will deploy, every mid december turn seems an agony as I long for the January release of my pent up furry, thousands of unused planes sitting idle!

The center has been volitile! Here is the still held Smolensk, flanked by advancing red troops, not that while no great advances have taken place, this area has seen perhaps the largest amount of dead German infantry, the number one goal!

The Lenn front, Six seperate areas of battle, along the Svir really no action, while to the East of Lenn great battles have driven the enemy back many KM and destroyed several class a armored infantry units ! While to the North of Lenn the Finns are facing a breakout as a majority of their troop are all elsewhere! Murmask still held but not real fight there. And finally the Northern Finn lines which cut the rail to Murmansk again not alot of action.

Not that I believe in these reports accuracy, but here is some screanshot reports on losses and replacements.Here are inf and tanks
Note the replacement rate for infantry, pretty high as a punishment for not taking much strategic cities! and note my losses, like I care ! I do of course.. but nearly 4000 inf and smg sqds per 1/2 week!

Sorry for the list of ship not being edited, note the HUGE numbers of planes in inventory..AND as replacements I could lose my entire airforce and replace it! These number will dramataclly fall in Jan feb march as I unleash operation FIRE FROM THE SKY!

The lines where advanced 5-15 km all along the front with few exceiptions, several german units where surrounded and destroyed... this map from the victorieous advances near Smolensk, where the enemy had advanced into the suburbs he now is attempting to block the massed forces of red infantry and artillery!

No new Germans to help out in Smolensk? massive thrust, "if I had only known" remarks Marshal Zhukov. Armor that could have proved vital here sent to the Northern encirclement!

Massed forces with HEAVY amounts of artillery pounding away, they cannot run away fast enough! Will they all die?

Next week, with the comming new year we dump all the red air from the far east! Then begins "Operation Fire from the Sky", the systematic destruction of the Luftwaffe and the rail net. If the enemy is unable to stem the tide, he may face the unthinkable destruction of army group Center! Minsk and Kiev are within my sights, and Helsinki is VERY attainable. If the Finns fold, then all the sweeds pressing Murmansk will need be pulled to defend against aggression there, and who knows, if we succeed, maybe an invasion of Turkey? No that would be of no real use and would just piss away reserves. Speaking of which at nearly 4000 inf and SMG sq per turn, or 8k per week, I am pretty optomistic I can take lots of losses and continue the attacks!

I am flooding Finn with all my reinforcments,  12 31 41 turn gave little major new.. the finns are being slowly ground down, BUT I found out the exclusion zones for naval movement go away when the water freazes! I expect to take Helsinki in JAn!
The lack oftroops all allong the lines have seriously hurt my ability to advance, especially in Smolensk breakout where I ran wild with a few bravve troops. The choice to not reinforce the three or four "serious" breakouts" is due to the opertunity to knowck out the finns... Jan did not come. darn, so I am still waiting to unleash the pent up air, but I did start with a few units the beginging of "Fire from the SKY!" by atting some bridges in Finland and some airbases. The air force remaines an untrained rable, but who cares when I may have a 4 or 5 to one advantage in planes and the ability to replace any group seemingly at will... Thousands of replacements also await to fill the ranks of the depleatd divisions and those that are awaiting reserrection.
