The RN relied almost entirely upon torpedo planes as their carrier strike aircraft, while both the USN and IJN split the load between dive bombers and torpedo planes. In this respect it appears that the limitations of the game system is going to shaft the RN... (apparently, from what I understand, they have to set the limit by ship type, not class).
