If anyone wants to take Russia and swap with me, go right ahead and do it. At least that way the game can get rolling sooner.

I'll get the new one off the scenario bank and I'll try to get it going tonight. I'm a little wary of the "...French Indochina has the same trouble. Strange....I didn´t change nothing in the Southeast of Asia.... " comment above, but I'll assume that the bugs really have been resolved.
