It was changed some time ago in a patch. It's WAD.

This is not an error. Experienced units have a chance at staring with a portion of
their preparation credited to the new target.

While answering another question I found that I have no Japanese units marked with a [S]. Static units are indicated by the word Static next to load cost and a greyed out [R]. No problems here but when you look at arriving ground units the [S] is being used. Is this an oversite or intended?

[S] does not mean static as in can't move, but are statically restricted HQs

Updated 1123h
Outstanding!!!!
(though I'll never have the need for Emergency Mobilisation Forces.... VTIC [:D])
Great responsiveness as always. Thanks a million.
Cheers,

Has anyone tried the 1123h patch and Tracker? I am having a problem loading the next turn, done with 1123h, into tracker. Both using the old database and using it to try and start a new database.

EDIT - According to the Capt Sherwood, the file he sent was had some probs. So, I'll do some more testing again but apparently Tracker does work!
RE: Patch 07 - Unofficial Public Beta - 1123 updated 20 March 2013
Since updating to one of the recent betas (missed the moment when this appeared), I have a problem with the engine production in my modded game: by all calculations, production of Mitshubishi Ha-43 should significantly exceed current demand, yet the pool for this engine is rapidly drained. Can this problem be looked at? The most recent turn is attached.

Initial inquiries -- I can confirm the new (H) pwsdll.dll and tracker are not working properly at present. I'll be in contact with MichaelM shortly to see what has changed. Also, no other previous dll works with these eitherORIGINAL: Cpt Sherwood

Don't know if this helps or hinders but it works for me. I'm playing DaBabes against the AI and can load both sides into tracker.

It appears that we might have been using mismatched pwsdll.dll files. I sent mine to my opponent and I was able to read the latest turn.

RE: Patch 07 - Unofficial Public Beta - 1123h updated 01 April 2013
I'm playing version 1123h since release (no mod) and tracker working well for me.
All is ok.

I just loaded it up...will take a look at it.
I was playing the 1108r3 beta for some time.
For a PBEM the protocol is IJN play on the old version then USN player run the orders phase under new version, right?
Worr, out

RE: Patch 07 - Unofficial Public Beta - 1123h updated 01 April 2013
Worr,
When you update for PBEM, Japan runs the replay, then sends it to the Allied player, who should also run the that replay before updating. After both players have watched the replay, both players should then exit their games and update to the latest beta (or whatever update they've agreed to move to). At this point, both players can then load the turn back up (Japan immediately, the Allies when they get it from Japan) so that both sides will always be issuing orders using the same beta version.
