I think we have a rule about beach landing at non-base/dot hex beaches but I dont think we have a limitation on air landing....but I can't remember.

Edmund B. Sebree was born in Illinois on 7 January 1898.

He served in both World Wars and the Korean War.

He died on 25 June 1966 in San Francisco. He was highly decorated: Distinguished Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Silver Star with Oak Leaf Cluster, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

During the real war as a Brigadier-General he briefly commanded the Americal Division during the Guadalcanal campaign. Thereafter he returned to the States to train the 35th Infantry Division, acting as its Assistant Division Commander, and thereafter as Assistant Division Commander of the 28th Infantry Division. He then commanded the independent Task Force Sebree during the campaign in Lorraine, France, assisting with the liberation of Nancy.

After World War II he was the first Defense Attache to Australia. When the Korean War broke out, he was a Major-General, later placed in command of the 7th Infantry Division.
