They actually look similar (go figure). [:D]

You wish you could turn the sound off on both of them? [:D]

" for anyone interested i did a wee test of the Ebonics ? ( newfangled word )

"I would like to partake a muffin for 4 o'clock tea"

becomes

" I Wants ta partake uh muffin fo' 4 o'clock tea in the hood"

HUH .. i'm sure otheres could find funnier translations .. i never knew partake was in da street speak "

Hmmm... I know that partay is in ebonics, but partake might be a stretch.

A correct translation would be more like:

"Hey, homey, gib me one ub dose muff'ns. Iz jes 'bout fo'twenny..."

You can mark the decline of Western civilization in 1985 when Run DMC did a duet with Aerosmith and rap became accepted in middle class society. It has been downhill ever since. [:(][:-]

That one was good.

I have tried using the mute button on the remote but so far no success. Fortunetly I have the abilty to tune her out if her story goes beyond one minute. All I hear at that point is the voice of Charlie Brown's teacher. If she asks if I am listening I am able to repeat the last minute of what she said so as to avoid the frying pan.

She does the same thing to me when I talk about WiTP[:D]

International bankers intent on breaking the US economy and then the education system so as to be able to sieze control of this country within 50 years. The last reports I've read indicated the leadership of this cabal is most likely located in southern Australia.

What are the most popular American programs in the 3rd world? Baywatch and Dallas.

Bill

Bring back the Hoff ! [:D] IIRC that was one export from the US to Germany that did rather well. These Germans have strange tastes
True. But as wdolson already pointed out: Germany isn't the only third-world country that likes Baywatch and Dallas. [;)]

What is wrong with Babewatch?

Before revocation can be consdered there is the little matter of the war debts for WWI and WWII to be resolved.

Please remit in full, with interest.

Thank you.

Its a small matter of accounting oversight. They were too busy fighting the war while were were tallying up our bottom lines on invoices, pending loans and the like.

Ah.. I see the Proper Forms Have Not Been Filled Out. [:D]

Its not a bad idea. I'm just not sure how effective of an offensive force one baseball player would be. [&:]
