I have one major export port and it will stay that way in the Baltic. I don't want any freight stockpiling in any port and have set all other ports to 0 (zero) so they will not receive any.

Only Riga in the Baltic is set to receive freight by ship. I currently have a nice stockpile here but the railhex in Riga has yet to be repaired
Not that I have not been trying but so much rail to fix up here and 2 RAD SU's love to be chaotic in their repair methods when so much to be repaired even when in Corps HQ's

Completed rail conversion in the South turn 7 showing where conversion has happened. Here are the FBD locations on the Map.
1. Rumanian FBD
2-4 three German FBD's
You can see that I have linked in single rail into the dual track lines.

On this leg of depots the circled depots are 100% full or higher. You can get higher if you have a HQ there, fill up, then move the HQ away while leaving the depot at 4. I will not be releasing the supply. Now if I desperately need the freight I will but at the moment I have no need of the freight.

These 3 circled depots are half full or higher. These should finish filling up on turn 8 and the waterfall buildup will continue to the next set of depots for stockpiling.

Circled is full or nearly full (since there is a 20,000 capacity in 2 of those depots). The Boxed depots are 1/2 full which should be full turn 8 and will waterfall on down the line.

My Forward depots here in this picture all received decent freight still. Here is a closeup of the depots. Next post will have what I received in those depots.

Freight received at the front you can see I still received 3,800ish freight. This particular depot did not store any freight. BUT the one prior to this depot already started storing freight. That is a very good sign!

Another key aspect to keep your eye on are the Level 2 railyards. As can be seen I have linked in all the level 2 railyards in this photo and Kiev will be linked in next turn. Gotta have those level 2 railyards. Please note that construction workers were either automatically assigned by the AI or I assigned those construction workers to get those railyards in top working condition

Rail conversion Rumanian border. You can see the conversion this turn. I am feeding the dual track line with secondary single track lines to move more freight. Every little bit helps and here you can see the single track lines feed into the dual track line rather nicely

gotta go. Will post more depots with freight even the ones in Poland and Germany showing I have great freight on these level 1 depots. So far I am very pleased with the supply situation.

Ok, have a few minutes before finishing up work for the day.
Here was turn 7's supply received.

Truck situation. Just a tad bit higher than I normally would at turn 7 (normally 30,000 in repair) but the 32,000 is perfectly acceptable to me being this far from some of my depots on part of the front. Please remember I am playing under the patch where I lost 15,000 trucks too

Although not relevant yet (no rail going directly east from Rumania yet) but the two circled Rumanian Depots are full and the dashed circle is still filling up. I am not paying much attention to this but it is nice to have a stockpile none-the-less

Hungarian Depot Ungvar going into Lvov, over multiple lines, has a very nice stockpile of supplies heading east

Krakow too is filling up nicely too as seen in the snapshots. Most of the level one depots are like this feeding the Southern rail lines.

Center depots are more traditional but I am following my water fall method of Depots filling up then the next depot in line to fill up since turn 1 leaving the depots at level 4 the whole rail line. Needless to say that the process is slower because there is NO secondary single rail lines linking to the dual line. I am still getting the traditional load to the front but the process of fill up is painfully slow here without those other linkins
Please also note that I now know I really don't want all the heavy hitter high capacity cities to have depots. It just takes too long to fill up with supply. But for this game in Center I will be keeping Minsk at level 4 and the 60,000 capacity to see how long to water fill up. In a future game I will be getting mainly 10,000 capacity depots to fill faster and head east quicker.

Fillup of supply is currently only at Vilinus with the next depot should be full next turn too.
