Anyway, on another issue...I couldn't place the Minsk Militia without editing one of the german units out of Minsk. Not sure if this is a bug or not but either way I edited a german unit out in order to place the militia and then put the german unit back in Minsk with the militia placed adjacent. My head hurts

Maybe letting it arrive as a reinforcement next turn would have been acceptable solution to reduce potential headaches?
