What Scen Has the most events and TO
Wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men.One is weak because he makes preparations against others; he has strength because he makes others prepare against him.

A large number of scenarios have the maximum number of events allowed in COW (500). I am not aware of any publically available scenarios which take advantage of the increased limit in TOAW III, but it is only a matter of time.

As to TOs, well, it's a fairly meaningless measure, but Bob Cross' Soviet Union 41 has more than twenty.

Gothic Line 1944 has 841 events. In time, there will be scenarios with 999 events.

Christ. It's not even a very long scenario. You must have really gone to town.

You would have to open it in the editor and take a look.

N.B. for Chad, the total number of events used (and the last event defined) should be shown when you open the event editor. You don't have to scroll all the way down.
