Bug or??

Hi I have got a couple of mails from a guy in England, they have had some problems, the last one is the following, they had a problem with rail that went enemy when they moved, both had it:

sorry to burden you with my problems,but they have just got worse! it is now
oct 43,the germans lines run from riga-minsk and flow in a straight line due
south.but the last two weeks,the whole of russia has converted to german
control,there is not a single square that is not controled,along with every
rail line.whats worse than that is the americans are attacking my
cities!!!.what has gone wrong?
i have tried to log on to the forum (eastern front)but i have trouble with
that as well!!

please any idea,s?
i have tried down loading the game again,no change.the only thing we did do
before we started playing the 41 campaign was we went into the editor and
altered some troop deployments.

Very weird. The only thing I know of that could do this would be a mismatch between the savea file and the savea.md file, or between some custom map file and a *.md file created on and for another map. Can't help beyond that, has this happened with the standard obwir and map files?

They solved the problem ( for now atleast) by going back to their save.
