2 Bugs occurring after loading a savegame

I am playing the scenario The Turning Tide.
I'd like to strengthen the aviation support in Port Moresby, by air transporting 118th Base Forces from Brisbane. Since the transport planes can not travel so long, I have to transport the troops base by base, from Brisbane to Rockhampton, to Townsville, and then to Cooktown, leaving a Radar unit behind in Brisbane.
Then I save the game and then load it. I found the 118th Base Force in Cooktown is missing and the only 118th Base Force throughout the map is the Radar unit in Brisbane.
In addition, after loading the game, I found a transport TF is diverted to its Base although its Destination is still Port Moresby.
These two likely bugs may not occuer simultaneously as I describe here.
