I have found that unit shatters could be closely linked to HQ OP's. (or the lack there of)

Obviously they are also connected to low readiness states, but in a recent pbem i have had units shatter at 80% readiness so there must be at least 2 factors involved.

wasn't it not getting enough supplies? and readiness?
