Uniform Tutorial updated

I plan to update the uniform tutorial and templates that I released before the game was actually released. I plan to add to the sections that were incomplete and clarify some information.

I'd like some suggestions so I can make the tutorial better. Constructive critism is encouraged. If anybody has new or better information or another method I can add it and give due credit. Reply here or send a PM.
