Timings

Post by El Savior »

I have a small problem to time my scenario. I want battle to start 10 May 1940 04:20, but when I have correct time it will stay red. Finally when I try to set duration, timing jumps to 01 Oct 1940 00:00. Is there a date limit or am I doing something wrong?

El Savior,

The earliest date/time you can set is in 1904, so I don't think that is it. Please check the SM manual. It provides instructions on the correct date/time format to use. It's probably a matter of correct syntax.

It's another one of those M$ "international date settings" gotcha's

Start - Settings - Control Panel - Regional options. Set it to the date format the SM manual requires when you input the date. Once it's correct in the scenario, reset the date-setting to your local date-time format again and don't touch that field ever again :)
