Import Players from another league?

Is importing a player from another league lets say a College team possible? or has it been considered on the next or future patch?

I think the only way to do this is by 3rd party Utilities.  I was actually planning to make some like this in the future, but obviously its way down the road.  I think it can be done, but would require a lot of copying of Data from one League file and import it into another Leagues Draft Pool.

The ability to move players from one league to another isn't an ability the game has at this time, and it is not on the feature list of Release 3. 

It has been discussed, but I am unsure if it is scheduled to be looked at for a future release.
