Nav Zones.... again

Hello Fleet,

Another question/concern regarding the use of Nav Zones in Harpoon 3.

I've noticed that when planes are specified a mission with reference points outside of a general Nav Zone, SOMETIMES they will prosecute enemy INSIDE of the general Nav Zone area. This seems to occur a few times per game but, not all of the time. Any explanations gentlemen?

When might the fleet be able to acquire these patches/updates, etc.

Many of my pilots have perished flying into excluded Nav Zones?
