Screen resolution

Is there a way to change the screen resolution in full screen mode? I'm playing on a LCD monitor with a native resolution of 1280x1024, and it appears the game is defaulting to 1024x768 or something, which results in slightly blurry presentation.

You can either set the game to run in "windowed" mode or you should check your monitor or graphic card driver’s preferences for options on how to set the aspect ratio of applications. Usually these aspect ratios are called “full screen”, “1:1”, fixed ratio” etc. These names may vary based on the brand and type of your monitor. Also check your graphic card driver for such preferences. It should be in the manual for your LCD too.

Thanks for the response, but I guess I don't see how this allows me to change the resolution of WaW to 1280x1024. Is this possible? I can certainly try to make it more clear at 1024x768, but I'd rather play at the monitor's native resolution if possible.

AWD only supports 1024x768.

Interestingly, it runs in windowed mode by default for me.  That's fine with me; I'm on a widescreen monitor, so I need the window.  Is windowed mode the default?

Yes, windowed mode is default.
 
In full screen mode some computers experience problems alt-tabbing - so its "safer" running in windowed mode.
