All right, so since I am getting into this and I have unfortunetly free times on my hands , I need to know which text file needs to be updated when creating a mod (the text data, that should be no problem). Also I need to know if it is possible to get the US out of the alliance and play alone as a world power (I know that there probably wont be the possibility because of it is gonna be hard to create or I should say to add another icon to the game) but is it possible? And if that is not possible, how to switch China and the US then?
Lastly, Is it possible to chage the date to lets say 1936 instead of 39 in a mod or not?
