Newbie Looking For a Jap Opponent

CHS and/or Nik mod preferred. Usually I will be good for 5+ turns/week but will sometimes have to do less due to other commitments, next week being one of them. Historical start preferred due in inexperience with PBEM, and would like standard house rules, and 1 day turns.

After looking at other posts for Jap players, I reckon, non-mod would be ok also. Personally I would enjoy playing as Jap, but don't have the time right now to learn those OOB's.
