can't download beta patch

Try disabling your virus protection and or any firewalls

I tried that no go. didn't work and i'm enabling cookies too

Windows XP firewall just in case

I have to disable that sucker at work to download via ftp sites even tho I have my ftp program on the list of exceptions

Hmmmm I wonder if that was also preventing the other user from being able to access the Matrix Store...
