RE CotD, Eric, when can i expect to hear from either you or support@matrixgames.com so far only your message to me has arrived. Since then, nothing at all in spite of 3 mails to them(support@matrixgames.com) I haven't even had a note to say my mails have been received. It appears that no one even reads my posts in the forum for CotD. What, if any progress has been made for this problem, and there was a post re the same thing in 2004

This is fast becoming a big black mark for Matrix!

I replied to you yesterday and called attention to our support that they should have received messages from you. I awaited a reply. You posted late last night my time (on a Friday) by which point my family had all gone to bed and by 4AM my time you were upset and posting in the general forum. Please keep in mind time and day before you get upset. It may be Monday before we have a good response for you, sorry for the inconvenience.

Moving this back to the CotD forum as there's no need for you to try to create a black mark where there is no clear answer yet as to why your e-mails were not received and why you are having a problem that we haven't seen before.
