MXY7 '' whats this?

Writing this from work so please excuse lack of full info.

Just started a standard game Scenario 16 8th Dec 1941 onward.
Having run the first turn decide to check what prodution was doing one of my production centres was producing 5 MXY7 '??????''s.

I checked with the lists provided for aircraft etc and could not see it can any one shed some light on this for me. [&o]

Even if its just to tell me I'm a blind old fool who needs better glasses and its the 35th plane down on hte Jap list.[8|]

It's the Okha suicide rocket plane. And it's not a plane as such, since it's on the Devices list; which is why you couldn't find it on the Aircraft list.

This poses another question as they are in production how do I get to use them?

Ah, is this what was called the Baka Bomb? [Baka I think being "crazy"] Word was they were very hard to steer...although few survived to give a report. I'm new to this game myself, but I suspect when you can do kamikazi you can do Baka Bombs.

When you can convert air units to Kamikazes, you get to use Okhas (aka "Baka").

They are actually used from G4M2e Betty (as was done historically).

Which means that you get to use them when the Betty M2e comes online, in October 1944... Provided, of course, that you have any to spend.
