Going for a change..

Post by 2ndACR »

I have never played as the Allies and have barely even looked at the allied side. I want to give it a go using Nikmod 7.0.

Japanese player should be experienced, because I am very familiar with what the Japanese can and cannot do. I am an experienced player.

I try to average 1 turn per day, but sometimes life gets in the way. Some days, I can get out 2 or more. My work load is slowing down, so lots of free time.

I am very easy on the house rules.

No exploit warp move turn 1 to hit India, Java.
No 2E to 4E as the allies. Japan can upgrade everything to heavy bomber if they wish.
Limit 2 AA units max once they leave the HI or start base. No mass flak bases.
Max of 1 Division on an atoll for defense purpose. I use Brigades as Japan.
No Manchuria units without paying PP.
I hate PT boats, so don't expect to see very many from me.

I plan to fight for every inch everywhere from day 1, so be prepared for a fight. No running from me.

Japan can attack 1 port only on turn 1. I will give orders to Allied TF's at sea only on turn 1. Post here and I will shoot you my email.

I am using 1.802..............Waiting on the 1.804 to be around for a while before updating.

I'm game - I only have two games on the run at the moment.

You are talking stock everything, just with Nikmod?

We would need to patch up the Japanese radar situation...

I would have no clue how to do that. But if you know how, feel free. I use stock map. Sorry. I just have gotten used to it over the years since release.

Yep, Nikmod 8.0b.

Allied damage control on
Subs up to you
Surprise on
PDU on of course

And I am now patched up to 1.804

OK,

If you're happy with me, I'll do another install and turn.

Give me a day or two to install and get the turn together!

As you know, the first turn is a doozy!
