Number of units that need to exit

Post by alaric99x »

How do I know how many units I need to exit in order to meet the condition for attaining that objective? I guess this is probably in the manual somewhere. Could it be made part of the scenario briefing for those of us who are too busy (or lazy) to calculate the number?

There is usually a hint within the briefing. However, ignoring that, you can simply lassoo a group of units and note its total APerFP, Armour and Bombardment values from the unit data display in the sidebar. Or select a HQ and look at the totals in the right hand column on the unit data display in the sidebar. Oh and then compare these with the values specified in the objectives list.

BTW - It is already on the wishlist (our internal wishlist through task tracker) for an exit point calculator to assist the player. I made that request a few months ago. It is particularly relevant when you consider auto-end exits, since if you cannot trigger the condition, then you have just screwed yourself up by moving the bulk of your fire power off the map.
