Just seen the box...

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Just seen the box...

Post by goodboyladdie »

Hi HS

I just saw the box for this game when I was looking through the games section and got all excited until I realised it was listed as "coming soon". Is the publishing of a box design a sign that it is nearly ready to go? (Hopeful, I know - but Christmas is coming....)[;)]

ETF you just gave me and idea and I loaded my copy up too.

There's so much potential in this game but it's just unfortunately, for me, too messy to wade through building orders, too many targets to factor in and the resolution phase is really still a mess to watch.

Such great plane icon art too. But yeah, I hope this re-release does well but it's just not for me unfortunately. I really look forward to hearing of other people having a great time with it though.

Come on Adam. Show some dedication. The way England are playing at the moment must mean that the cricket does not take up too much of your time![:D]

Did you see the catch the lad looking after the side screen took off one of your 6's today!

Classic TV commentary followed: "well if he can do it there's no excuse to drop a catch now" [:)]

Not yet. I knew that this series was going to be painful viewing so I did not get Sky Sports put back on my subscription. My only hope is that your best bowler gets injured just as the rest of your side take a dip in form (just like what happened over here, though every England player seemed to put in career best performances). I found myself optimistic after the Ashes, but then saw how frail we were when even one injured key player was fatal to the team. Losing our bowling coach to his home nation was also a big factor, I think.[8|]
