Serial number issue?

I load my WaW on my desk top a while back. Now want to load it to my laptop, but cannot find my serial #? I was told I could find it some how on my other computer. Does anyone know how to do that? Thank you.

did you used the direct download ? then it might be under https://www.findmyorder.com you need your CC #

the code for the boxed version is oo nthe manual on the back side iirc

I bought my WaW a year ago at Walmart. Because I was below computer specs didn't bother to install it till now that I've upgraded. I have the CD, the box, the manual and if I dig I can probably find the paper cover that has that number on it that does nothing. No number that I can see on any of these works when it asks for the "serial number ID" Whats up with that? Did I waste $40 on what looks like a cool game

The serial number is printed on a yellow sticker on the back of the CD sleeve. Make sure you type it in as it is printed there. With the dashes.

Okay, I just bought Starshatter:TGS on pc and no number I can find will let me install it.  I got all the numbers, what's the deal?

option 1. - directly purchased from our E-store:
You should have received an email and also having been shown the serial number after you fullfilled your purchase, also the serial number should be printed on the CD. In case neither happend, you missed it or the serial number accidently got not printed on the CD you can retrieve the serial number at any time.

Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.


option 1. - bought boxed retail version:
If you bought the boxed retail version in a store then you can find the serial number on a sticker on the back of the manual

go to status of my order page. then find your order. it will give you the serial number, you are looking for.
