Foothills of the Gods - 72 Div out of supply

Just wondering if it was intentional to have this division's SEP/base start across the mountain range and hence no chance for supply for the 72nd on the east side of the mountain range until maybe way late in this scenario?

Another strange thing I noticed in this scenario is the unusual attributes of a large number of German units entering early from the Olympus side. Most have all their values set at 50% except staff efficiency and judgement (I think), the bottom two anyway, which are set at 100%. Intentional?
