Very Slow download speeds on your server

I am trying to download the new game "Forge of Freedom" which I just purchased and your server is only giving me dialup speeds. I have run download checks 5 seperate times and getting high speed from other sources but with your server I'm only getting 3 kb per second....and its saying if I continue downloading it will take 64 hours to download the complete file....Is your server experiencing problems? Someone needs to check it....is anyone else having the same problem with dialup type download speeds?

Mayn people downloading the game, the server is hit hard. In fact Digital River that is handling the infrastructure has very stable and fast servers.
