Have I been ripped off by Matrix or HussarGames?

[:@] I'm a little upset. I was told, as an owner of For Liberty (bought it when HussarGames was with Battlefront's company and web site), that they would send me a boxed version of 1.70 when it was available. Then a post came out in November that it would be available via download "soon".

I found out about the download availability 2 days ago. I go to Matrix and "the offer has expired!" It was supposed to be available until December 31, 2006. WHAT?! [&:] [:@]

How do I get 1.70 without buying another game? I've had this game for months and have been waiting patiently for the upgraded version for a LONG time. Someone at Matrix, Please Help! THANK YOU. I can be reached at jamesjlee@bellsouth.net.

Do not worry, everybody that bought the game before it moved to Matrix Games will be covered. Stay tuned to annoucements in the FL! subforum.
